These terms govern use of thejackalsmusic.com and this local preview of the same site. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a pass request. Privacy details are in the Privacy Policy.

The Jackals is a Belgrade-based music project. Contact: thejackals.project@gmail.com (project) and thejackals.booking@gmail.com (booking).

1. The site

The site is for information about The Jackals, press materials, and registration for our sessions. We may change, pause or take down pages at any time. This local preview is for layout and testing; it does not by itself create a live ticket, paid booking or guaranteed entry.

2. Pass requests

A pass request is an application to attend a listed session. It is not a transferable ticket and not a guaranteed door slot until we confirm it. Capacity is limited. We may refuse, waitlist or cancel a registration (for example if the night is full, moved, or the details look false).

• One registration per person unless we say otherwise.
• Give a real name, email and social handle that we can reach.
• Do not register other people without their OK.
• Do not sell, trade or screenshot-pass the entry to a stranger as a product.

Entry on the night can still be refused for safety, intoxication, or house rules. Age limits, if any, are stated for that session.

By submitting the form you confirm the data is yours (or you may give it), you accept these terms, and you have read the Privacy Policy. Required consent covers pass delivery and notices for that event. The extra box is optional and only for future The Jackals events.

3. Booking and press

Press files, photos and the Drive archive are for media and promoters in connection with The Jackals. Do not present them as your own work. A booking is only confirmed in writing by us to thejackals.booking@gmail.com, not by downloading a PDF from this site.

4. Content and marks

Music, photos, video, logos and text on this site belong to The Jackals or to people who licensed them to us. You may share links to the site. You may not copy the catalogue, scrape the registration flow, or use our name and artwork as if they were yours, except fair quotation or press use of the kit we publish.

Third-party players (TikTok, SoundCloud and similar) are their services. Their terms apply when you press play.

5. Events and recordings

Sessions may be photographed or recorded for The Jackals’ archive and promotion. If you do not want to appear, tell a member of the team on site or write to us afterwards and we will treat the request fairly.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attacks, scraping at scale, fake registrations, or posting unlawful material through forms or mail. We may block access if this happens.

7. No warranty

The site is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, that every embed will load, or that a listed session will happen exactly as described. If a date moves or is cancelled we will use the contact details you gave us.

To the extent Serbian law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss (missed travel, lost profit, data on your device). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Courts in Belgrade have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
